Website care

Looking for ongoing changes to your website, simply submit a ticket with all the details, and we'll quote on the job in hourly increments at $60 p/h. Most jobs completed within two to three weeks.

Fee Structure

Our fee structure, we require 50% deposit to initialise the job and the remaining balance on completion. To get the most out of your job, it's best to bunch up multiple task/items into a single request.

Turnaround times

For our "Priority support" jobs ($90p/h) up to 2-3 hours of work are completed within one week.
And for our "Website care" jobs ($60p/h) up to 2-3 hours of work are completed within two weeks.

We specialise in WordPress and PHP websites. Websites we don't support are Wix, Squarespace and Shopify.

You can get help with anything you need done on your website, from integrating software, code changes, design changes, uploading content, basic image editing, and so on.

After every job we finish, we contact you by email to let you know that the changes/requests have been made.
When purchasing one of our support tickets it's a one hour minimum charge. To make the most out of your budget, it's best to bunch up all your changes and task into one ticket.
